Extremely Unsanitary Conditions
My experience at this restaurant was extremely negative due to the unsanitary conditions. Upon arrival, I noticed that everything was dirty and the place was a mess. There was a severe lack of food safety, no labels, and no proper sanitizing.
It felt like everything in this place was wrong, and I seriously worried about getting sick if I didn't take precautions. I had to get a full refund and would not recommend coming here. It was a -0/10 experience.

Long Wait for Bacon Egg and Cheese
My experience at the restaurant was marked by a 30+ minute wait for a bacon egg and cheese. It was frustrating to see one staff member taking orders while only one person was preparing the food. This inefficient service led to a significant delay.

Dirty Restaurant, Avoid!
My experience at this restaurant was a hot mess. I visited twice hoping the first time was an anomaly due to busyness, but the cleanliness issues persisted. The area where they prepare strawberries and the food itself was really dirty.
I also observed that they did not wash the strawberries, and the strawberry boxes were on the floor where people were walking by. The restroom was also not nice. This has made me not want to eat here anymore.
Owners, please do better and don't wait for a health inspector to address these issues. People, please be careful so you don't get sick!

Generous Salmon and Great for Beach Days
I had forgotten how much I liked English muffins until now! I got all the Lox bagel ingredients on one. They pile up soo much salmon on it!
Way too much cream cheese for me, but that's just a matter of taste. Greens were ok, I ate them just because they were there. Second emphasis on the unbelievable amount of salmon.
My friends got the Beast sandwich and also thoroughly enjoyed. They also had a bathroom. Great spot to grab food from and enjoy a beach day.

Delicious Jerk Chicken & Heartwarming Generosity
I had the jerk chicken sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious! I was truly humbled to learn about their daily act of feeding a homeless woman. I offered to pay for today's meal, but they graciously declined.
The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was wonderful, both rated a 5 out of 5.

Delicious Food and Great Service!
My experience at this restaurant was great! The workers were nice, and the customer service was excellent. I also enjoyed the good food.
It was incredibly busy when the Dubai strawberries first came out, but they were delicious and the amount was generous. I even took a picture of the Dubai strawberries and the Dubai strawberry açaí bowl. I highly recommend you come visit!

Solid Sandwiches, Pricey Strawberries
My experience at this neighborhood sandwich spot was largely positive, with a few caveats. The restaurant has gained significant hype recently for selling Dubai chocolate strawberries, which I tried. While they were pretty good, I found them to be too expensive at twenty bucks and wouldn't repurchase them.
However, the sandwiches themselves are consistently solid. I typically opt for the jerk chicken sandwich or the beast mode sandwich. A minor point is that they don't toast the sandwiches extensively by default; you need to specifically ask for it to be extra toasty.
Considering the price of around thirteen to fourteen bucks for a sandwich, it's a pretty good deal for lunch.

Dubai Cups Worth the Drive!
I only make my 30-minute drive out here for their Dubai cups. Other than that, I have no reason to be in this neighborhood that far from my residence. So that already should let you know their Dubai cups are THAT good.
Parking is mild to hard, and the space is small, so definitely just grab your food and go. There is minimal seating space outside and inside.

Disappointing Kataifi, Ruined Experience
We came here for the great reviews but were disappointed that a lot of the kataifi was burned. It kind of ruined the experience for us.

Viral Chocolate Cup: Good, Not Worth It
I came here specifically for the viral Dubai chocolate cup, which cost $18. While it was good, I didn't find it worth the price. It's essentially Nutella, strawberries, and Pistachio Kataifi in a cup.
I probably wouldn't order it again. However, my friend mentioned she really likes the sandwiches here and considers it one of her favorite spots.
