I was legitimately staggered at the prices for what appeared to be a sleepy local coffee shop. For $10 before tip, I received a below-average breakfast burrito that was honestly worse than a microwave Jimmy Dean one. I felt like they were absolute scamsters. There are many great spots in this area, so please don’t waste your time here.

In the country of Starbucks and American drip coffee, Royal Ground is a rare find. A bit out of the way, but highly recommended for their coffee. Beautifully decorated too.

This place is a regular stop for me. I find the veggie bagel to be delicious, generously stacked with fresh vegetables, and it always hits the spot. Pairing it with an ube latte makes for a great morning experience.
