I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The laid-back vibe and conscious ingredients made for a great meal. The portion sizes were decent, and I was pleasantly surprised by the value, especially compared to the restaurant across the street. It seems I've found my new go-to spot.

While the hostess herself was adequate, the overall service felt low-quality. The furniture appeared quite old and in need of an update, with stained and worn-out chairs. On a positive note, the breakfast itself was delicious, ensuring we didn't leave hungry.

The atmosphere was also a highlight; the place is very pretty with just the right amount of 'cozy cafe' music, ideal for a lingering meal. However, the service was a letdown. While the gentleman server was fine – smiling, pleasant, and efficient – the lady server was problematic. Despite being efficient, she was surly, only filling our coffee cups halfway and never acknowledging our thanks. We practically had to beg for a full cup of coffee on the second round, and when I asked her to fill mine, I received a massive sigh. She did manage a slight smile when presenting the check, saying 'you're welcome' to our thank you, indicating she could be pleasant. Unfortunately, her attitude detracted from the overall experience. I will return for the food and atmosphere, but she needs a reminder that customers deserve better treatment.

The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service was also a 5. It's a quiet place, making it easy to talk, and the food quality received a 4.

We used to love this place when visiting San Francisco, but this time we were absolutely shocked by its conditions. Attached are pictures of the interior, and let me tell you, we were so disgusted to touch anything around, especially coming with a baby. The chairs are in their worst condition, the walls were dirty, and the ceiling had spider webs. This needs immediate attention and replacement, cleaning. For now, thank you, but we won’t step our foot in this place, even despite their food and portions being good.

My experience at this restaurant was great for breakfast. The staff was very friendly. We decided to split the Home Run special. We enjoyed it so much that we ate there twice. The first day we had it with pancakes, and the second time with a waffle.

I walked right in for breakfast and was greeted and seated promptly. I ordered coffee and breakfast, which came out hot and fast.
