Fantastic Bartender Jaime's Joyful Service
My experience at the restaurant was made exceptional by our bartender in the lounge, Jaime. His personality radiates joy. If you are fortunate enough to have Jaime as your bartender when you stop in for that first cocktail, you will see what I mean.

Pleasantly Surprised Hotel Bar
I was pleasantly surprised by this place! The reviews and ratings don’t really do it justice. It’s truly a hotel bar that is ideal for when you are here for work and don’t want to go out in the cold. The flatbread was simple but hit the spot. The service was top-notch, friendly, professional, and fast. There was good music and an after-work crowd. Would I go here for a 5-star vacation experience? Probably not. Was it a perfect post-work respite? Yes.

Overpriced with Mixed Food Quality
My experience at this restaurant was okay for what it offered, but I found it to be a bit overpriced in my opinion. I tried the chicken, which had a fantastically crispy skin, but the flavor itself was unremarkable. They advertise their burger as wagyu, but based on reviews, I'm skeptical. My partner's short rib bolognese tasted essentially like ground beef. The breakfast buffet is priced at $30 per person for Hyatt guests with a discount card, and $40 otherwise. We opted out, as we could get two sandwiches and two specialty coffees for $30 nearby. While I think it would be acceptable for room service if one were feeling too lazy to leave the hotel, we didn't feel we got enough value to return during our stay.

Disappointing Meal, Worthy Bar
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. While the concept might appeal to those who enjoy cafeteria-style dining, for me, it was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. I found myself laughing at how bad the food was. I ordered what was supposed to be a Wagyu burger, but it was incredibly dry and flavorless, worse than fast food. It was definitely not worth the price or the hype. I'd advise others to spend their money elsewhere if they're seeking a decent meal. However, the bar might be worth a visit for drinks alone; just avoid coming here hungry.

Amazing Pasta, Dry Chicken
My experience at the restaurant involved ordering plain pasta with a side of chicken breast because my stomach was hurting. The pasta was amazing, but the chicken was so dry I couldn’t eat it.

Disappointing Food at Grand Hyatt
My experience at this Grand Hyatt was disappointing, especially concerning the food. While the ambience was lovely and the server was nice, the culinary aspect fell far short. I ordered the wagyu smashburger, which was dry and overcooked, served on a stale bun. The truffle fries were also a letdown, lacking any truffle flavor or oil, essentially just plain fries. It's disheartening to experience such a low quality of food at a Grand Hyatt, especially when I've had exceptional meals at their locations in San Diego and Seoul.

Disappointing Experience at Grand Hyatt SF
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The food options were terrible, or embarrassing, and the restaurant itself was about as inviting as an Amtrak waiting area. This is particularly surprising given it's a 4-star hotel, the "Grand" Hyatt in San Francisco. On a positive note, the service folks were friendly.

Kind service, good wings, okay fries
My experience at the restaurant was positive overall. The servers were very kind. I enjoyed the wings, which were very good and crispy. The fries were slightly undercooked but still good.

Friendly Service, Long Wait for Check
On our first night, we stopped by for a cocktail and beer. As a Hyatt guest, we received a small discount by providing our room number and showing the discount card from the front desk. The service was friendly, but there was a long wait to get our cheque.

Overpriced Drinks, Unwelcoming Bartender
My experience at the bar was primarily for a drink. I found the price of $21 for an overpoured Gin & Tonic to be outrageous. The bartender seemed unwelcoming and confused about the ratio, which I believe should be 1: 3, not 3: 1. The bar settings and seating were just okay, not great. There are plenty of better options available nearby.
