I visited the restaurant based on the hours listed online, which stated they were open on Friday. However, upon arrival, I discovered they were actually closed. This discrepancy caused inconvenience as I went there assuming they were open. The service rating provided was 4.

My experience at this restaurant was horrible due to the terrible customer service. The lady in the Indian food section was particularly rude and lacked basic communication skills. Initially, they were out of several ingredients for the wraps. When I inquired about substitutes, I was told it wasn't allowed. It's frustrating when the restaurant doesn't have the advertised ingredients for their wraps. To make matters worse, she overcharged me by billing it as a custom wrap instead of the regular one I ordered. This was a very bad experience, and it seems management is unaware of how their staff interacts with customers.

My experience with the Northern Catch Rice Bowl was a mixed bag. The salmon was just okay, but the crab, mushroom, and avocado were really good. Unfortunately, the edamame was both salty and sour, to the point where I couldn't finish it.

We were made to wait outside for 20 minutes, despite the stated opening time of 11 AM. This waiting time needs to be addressed, and the restaurant should consider changing its hours to reflect reality.

I am so happy they came back to downtown SF, on California and Montgomery. The restaurant offers great Asian choices with clean ingredients and good prices. My experience was very positive, especially with the food.
