What a great surprise! I had a savory and generous cuisine at very correct prices for San Francisco. I highly recommend it!

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The food was good, and the people were great. Gilbert provided awesome service. They offer karaoke in the main area and also have private karaoke rooms, which adds to the fun atmosphere.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The beautiful place and people made for a great atmosphere. We all enjoyed the food and the overall vibe. A standout feature was the karaoke room in the basement, which our kids absolutely loved. The service was excellent, and the portions were generous, making it a great value. While finding parking was a bit difficult, the overall experience was highly positive.

My experience at this restaurant was largely disappointing due to the food quality. I couldn't understand the positive reviews, as everything I tried was either overly salty or bland/lackluster, with no in-between. It seemed like the positive comments might stem from people having a good time with the bar and karaoke, confusing a happy memory with the actual quality of the food. Without the bar and karaoke, I doubt this business would sustain itself. We ordered the Goyza appetizer, chicken wings, chicken katsu curry, Dole Whip, and teriyaki chicken. The Dole Whip was the only redeeming factor, I suppose 😑😑. The service and atmosphere were rated low (2/5), suggesting these aspects also need improvement. 👎🏾👎🏾

I'm so glad we decided to stop in here because I was seeing a concert nearby. From the moment we walked in, I felt like it was the vibe, and it truly was. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent, contributing to a wonderful experience. The food was also top-notch, making our visit memorable.

I booked a private karaoke room for my birthday, and my friends and I absolutely loved our experience! The TaishoSF team was beyond amazing and made our entire night an unforgettably fun time. We loved the ultra responsiveness to our booking time change request and the warmest welcome upon our arrival. The delicious food and refreshing drinks were brought straight to our room, and the karaoke selection was great (yes, they have K-pop!). The only thing we didn’t love was that we didn’t stay longer 😭. We will definitely be back! Having been to a few different private karaoke rooms throughout the Bay Area, TaishoSF takes the #1 spot 🫶.

My experience at the restaurant was wonderful! The portions were big, and the food was incredibly good and comforting. I particularly enjoyed the chicken katsu, which was fried perfectly and not oily at all. To top it off, the owner is so nice 💖.
