Terrible Takeout Experience - Avoid!
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing, primarily due to issues with their service and pricing. I had a coupon from my hotel that the restaurant refused to honor. They also incorrectly stated that the waffle came with fruit, which was not true.
Furthermore, silverware was not provided in my takeout bag. The prices were unreasonable, and a mandatory tip was added despite the totally awful service. The staff were unhelpful and even turned their backs on me.
I have never had a more disappointing takeout experience. I strongly advise against eating here.

Excellent Food and Service
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! They offer a dozen of options, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I was also impressed that they offer a service called Picnic, which allows them to get the food to your office.
I will definitely order from here again.

Great Options, No Extra Fees
My experience at this new ghost kitchen near my place was quite positive. They offer a wide variety of food options, which is fantastic. I was pleased to find that there were no extra fees for takeout.
The food, service, and atmosphere all received a perfect score of 5, and the price per person was between $20–30 with counter seating available.

Terrible Pickup Experience
I ordered for pickup during my lunch hour. Initially, the wait time was estimated at 11-15 minutes, which was acceptable. However, after placing my order, the wait time jumped to 45 minutes.
To make matters worse, when I arrived to pick up my order at the designated time, it was canceled with no explanation. This was my first time trying this establishment, and I will not be returning for a second attempt.

Good Food, Inconsistent Service
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The food was good, and the location is very convenient. It houses both a Wingstop and a Lil Caesar's.
However, the staff at the pickup counter weren't very friendly.

Cold Food and No Refund
I ordered a hot link sandwich and fries on May 6, 2025. At 7: 06 PM, I received a text stating my food would be ready at 7: 30 PM. When I arrived at 7: 30 PM, I was directed to locker B2, but there was no food.
I asked the staff member present, explaining I had received a text about my order being ready. She walked away, saying she would check, but never returned. This entire experience consumed my lunch hour.
I returned at 7: 45 PM, and a different staff member was there. I showed her my order, and she brought me my food, which was cold. I complained, and a man from 'Touch a Soul' came up and promised a refund.
As of May 6th, I still have not received my refund.

Takeout Order Through Delivery Apps
My experience was with a take out order placed through a delivery app. The review text mentions that the ordering process itself might be a bit unorganized, but this won't be a problem with not getting your order fulfilled if you order through Doordash/UberEats.

Frustrating Pickup Experience
My experience was quite frustrating. The restaurant seems to be under construction and has been for months. The signage is confusing, displaying delivery service logos but not mentioning pickup, which they supposedly offer.
I attempted to place a pickup order through the Little Caesars app and their website, but neither allowed me to pay with cash. When I called to inquire about cash payment, the staff member repeatedly insisted I order online. After asking about five times, they finally stated "no cash" and hung up.
I had to travel to a Walgreens five blocks away to load money onto my Cash App card, and by that time, 7/11 was more convenient overall. This made the entire process inconvenient and time-consuming.

Wrong Order, No Resolution
My experience was frustrating because I received the wrong order. I wanted to know how to contact them to fix it before I arrived, but I ended up wasting my whole lunch break at work. I am currently standing here, and they took the incorrect pizza.
There's still no confirmation if my pizza is being remade, and I was only told I would receive a text, which I haven't even received to confirm the remake.

Hidden Gem with Amazing Food
Looks are definitely deceiving. It's not impressive coming in, as there are kitchens when you enter and kiosks on the right for you to place your orders. A greeter at the entrance tells you how you should place your food.
The kiosks have plenty of food selections, and we ordered Korean and Columbian food. The food was amazing! We're happy we randomly stopped in to check this place out after getting off the Civic Center Bart.
The bathroom is clean (maybe bc this place is still new), the order does take awhile on a non-busy hour (15+ min), and the seats are very limited. It's more of a grab and go place for people who live or work in the area. If you do check out the Civic Center area, come by this food "court".
I really hope this eatery does well. I'm a supporter of small run business owners, and surprisingly, the mom and pop kitchens are delicious here. The place doesn't look impressive, but the food was really good, at least what we ended up ordering.
Skip the commercial pizza eateries and order from the mom and pop ones.
