Amazing Sushi and Welcoming Staff
My experience at this sushi place was fantastic. The vegan sushi was amazing, and the fish sushi was incredibly fresh. Beyond the food, the staff were so kind and warm. They even remembered our 1-year-old and were super welcoming of us having her with us, making it a comfortable experience for our family. I visit as often as I'm able!

Amazing Vegan Sushi Worth the Wait
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially with their vegan sushi. Although the food took some time to come out on a Friday night, it was absolutely worth the wait. The food was exceptional, and the overall experience was highly positive.

Consistently Delicious Nigiri and Specialty Rolls
My experience at this restaurant was consistently delicious! We always order Nigiri and specialty rolls, and they are perfect anytime. I haven't had cheaper nigiri that is this caliber in San Francisco. Everything is well flavored.

Excellent Food and Service!
Walked in on a whim for lunch on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant has a relatively short menu, but the food was excellent throughout. The vegan selections were quite good as well. The service was rated a 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere was rated a 4 out of 5. We had no wait time and reservations were not required. The price per person was $30–50. Highly recommend for vegetarians.

Service Decline and Value Concerns
My experience at this restaurant has been marked by constant changes in their service over the past three months. Initially, the service was better, with rolled carts offering $5-10 salads as a great compliment to the sushi, and the tip was included. However, these offerings are now gone, yet their site still advertises them. The prices have remained the same or increased, and their Miso soup is overpriced. Consistency is important in a business, and I've seen a decline in that aspect.

Disappointing Experience, Won't Return
My experience at this restaurant was largely disappointing. I ordered the 49 roll, which was one of the few raw salmon options. While it was a substantial roll, I didn't enjoy it. It arrived with what seemed like warm rice or warm raw salmon on a flavorless roll with crunchy apple bits. The pairing felt off, and the roll fell flat in terms of texture and taste. It looked good but didn't taste good. I also ordered a small bottled Sapporo, for which I was grossly overcharged $10. Considering a six-pack is $10, this felt like a huge rip-off. Furthermore, they initially mentioned specials on nigiri during a previous lunch visit, but now they limit it and act as if they never stated it. The server was okay but a bit aloof, never checking in to see if the food was alright or if I wanted another beer. It was a lackluster experience overall. The previous establishment had better customer service. I understand why the place is empty; it's just not a welcoming or lively place to visit. It's a hard pass for me, and I won't be back!

Slow Service Mars Decent Food
My experience at this restaurant was marked by insanely SLOW food service. We ordered nigiri for happy hour, and after about 30 minutes, nothing had arrived. It seems there's only one chef handling nigiri orders. We visited on a Sunday night when the restaurant was only about 40% occupied, with only five other tables and one occupied table upstairs. Despite this, another table that sat down after us received their entire order within 30 minutes, while we waited without anyone checking in until we flagged someone down. When I inquired about the wait, a server mentioned tables upstairs were causing delays, which was an exaggeration given the single occupied table. In desperation, we ordered a roll hoping for faster service, and thankfully, a waiter was kind enough to comp the roll due to the extended wait. The food itself is actually decent, but the nigiri orders took an unreasonably long time. We finally received our food, 15 pieces of nigiri and a 49ers roll, around the 50-minute mark, just as last call was announced. While the happy hour deal is great on paper, be prepared to starve unless you order items other than nigiri, and don't expect proactive attention from the waiters.

Fresh Seafood, Vegan Options, and Great Vibe
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The seafood was incredibly fresh, with unique twists on authentic cuisine. I was also impressed by the vast vegan menu. The service was thorough and efficient. It's clear they beautifully brought together two of my favorite things: reggae and sushi. Overall, it was a great experience. We even met the owners, who were very friendly and inviting with a great story. This is definitely our new go-to spot. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
