My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had some nice milkshakes that were really good. The staff member was incredibly helpful and explained really well what to try. It's a great place overall.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially the ice cream. I tried the cookies and cream flavor, which was absolutely delicious. The variety of offerings was impressive, and all of them were top notch. Although it was a steep walk up the hill, the experience was definitely worth it. The food quality was exceptional, earning a perfect score.

I was hoping for a cute ice cream parlor that felt welcoming and nice. Unfortunately, the service was lacking; the staff member didn't appear from the back for several minutes. On a subsequent visit the same day, my friend received a small, icy scoop, and the staff member was on his phone the entire time. This was not the ice cream experience I was hoping for. I ended up buying ice cream next door at the liquor store because I had to wait too long.

I visited this Loard's location with expectations set by other branches, and while the location is awesome and the flavors are fun and delicious, my experience was significantly marred by the customer service. The staff member was on the phone upon my arrival, served an icy portion of ice cream, and made me feel like an inconvenience. Consequently, I'll likely opt for a pint or ice cream bar next door for my next frozen treat.

If you're looking for a nice sandwich or some ice cream or a banana split, this is the place to be on Potrero Hill. The atmosphere, service, and food all received a perfect 5 out of 5. Parking is also a breeze with a free parking lot and plenty of spaces.

I love these cute little corner stores in San Francisco on Potrero Hill. We only had ice cream but the ice cream was great. Nice little tables and chairs to sit out and watch the world go by. Someday we'll have to go back and try some of the other things on the menu besides ice cream.

I had a really great sandwich experience. The sandwich was larger than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Responding to a previous review, I wanted to add more details about my sandwich. Although they were out of basil, they offered avocado, and the staff custom-made an avocado/mayo spread for me. My sandwich included lettuce and this delicious avocado spread. I really liked it! The bread was excellent – not dry, perfectly toasted with oil, and there was plenty of meat. The honey mustard was perhaps the best I've ever had. Overall, a 10/10 sandwich experience.
