Disappointing Nepalese Food Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I found the Nepalese food to be much worse than other places in the Mission. I don't understand the high average rating, but it seems many people might enjoy the overly sweet tomato flavors present in several dishes.
This was not authentic Nepalese cuisine.

Authentic Nepali Flavors and Warm Hospitality
My experience at this restaurant was wonderful, filled with warm Nepali hospitality and flavors that truly felt like home. The momos were a standout, being both juicy and perfectly spiced. The curries were rich and comforting, and every bite tasted authentic, transporting me to Kathmandu right here in San Francisco.
The service, atmosphere, and food all received a perfect 5/5 rating.

Phenomenal Food, Excellent Experience
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. We ordered the goat curry and the butter chicken, and they were hands down the best I've ever had! The food received a perfect score of 5, and the atmosphere was equally impressive with a score of 5.
The service was also top-notch, rated 5. We experienced no wait time, and the noise level was quiet, making it easy to talk. Overall, it was an outstanding dining experience.

Delicious Momos and Thali, Salty Wai Wai
My experience at the restaurant was mostly positive. The Momos were delicious, and the chicken thali offered a good variety of small dishes. However, the wai wai was too salty for my liking.
Overall, the service was nice.

Delicious Nepali Food, Great Service
On my 1st visit, I experienced the really good taste of Nepal. I had the Chicken Tikka and the Gobi Manchurian (fried cauliflower), and both were really good. I even had plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day.
I will be going back to try more menu items.

Phenomenal Nepali Food & Warm Service
My experience at 14 Peaks Nepali Restaurant was absolutely phenomenal. I had the pleasure of trying their Paneer Butter Masala and WaiWai Sadheko, and both dishes completely blew me away. The Paneer Butter Masala was rich, creamy, and perfectly spiced—comfort food at its finest.
The WaiWai Sadheko, a Nepali twist on instant noodles, was tangy, crunchy, and packed with bold flavors that hit all the right notes. The portions were generous, presentation was beautiful, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making the entire experience feel warm and authentic.
If you're looking for a place that serves up flavorful, homestyle Nepali food with great vibes—14 Peaks is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back to try more from their menu!

Delicious food, worth the wait!
Wooow, extremely delicious! This is the best restaurant in SF. The portion size is reasonable.
The service is a bit slow, especially when dining with a large group, but honestly, it's worth it.

Hidden Gem with Authentic Nepalese Flavors
My experience at 14 Peaks Nepalese Cuisine was fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was both sophisticated, clean, and inviting.
It was exciting to watch the chefs in the open kitchen. I highly recommend the jhol chicken mo: mo, mix soup, the goat thali set, and chicken thali. (Be sure to ask for chili sauce if you want it a little spicier.) This restaurant is a hidden gem offering authentic Nepalese flavors in the heart of San Francisco.
I'll definitely be back!

Mixed Experience: Good Wai Wai, Poor Thali
My recent experience at the restaurant was a mixed bag. The guy at the front desk displayed a lot of ego and attitude, seeming indifferent to customers. The thali was a significant letdown; the mutton gravy lacked flavor and proper Nepali spices.
The vegetable side was limited to aloo fry, with no option for more, and a small spoonful of saag, also with no refills. However, the Wai Wai Sadheko was genuinely good! On a positive note, the manager was exceptionally polite and helpful.
My feedback is to please improve the thali policy.

Spicy Wai Wai and Juicy Momos
My experience at this restaurant involved trying the Wai Wai Sadheko, which I found to be both spicy and refreshing. The jhol in the jhol momo was also really good, though I wished there was a bit more of it. The momo itself was very juicy.
However, the momo wrap was a bit thicker than I preferred, and I felt it needed more filling and less dough.
