My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I arrived 30 minutes before closing, which I now realize was a mistake. I ordered a burrito bowl but received a burrito. Although they kindly remade it into a bowl, upon arriving home, I discovered the order was still incorrect. When I called to request a refund, they were unable to assist me. This location would have been better as a Taco Bell.

Yesterday was my 30th birthday, and I chose Las Katrinas for my birthday dinner celebration before heading to karaoke. Although I'm from Argentina, I absolutely LOVE TACO TUESDAY AT LAS KATRINAS! They made me feel really special. If you're looking for some amazing food, Las Katrinas is definitely your place! Thank you ❤️

My experience at this restaurant was terrific! The Mexican food was outstanding. I had the Carnitas, which were some of the best I've had in years. The Chile Relleno was packed with flavor, and the Enchiladas were very tasty. I highly recommend this place, especially considering how extremely affordable it is!

During a hop-on hop-off bus tour of SF, I stopped in for a meal. My experience was great; the food was super fresh and the service was excellent. I also appreciated the massive serve, making it perfect for a quick bite.

If you're ordering from DoorDash or Uber Eats from this restaurant, your order is going to be late. The staff can make the order on time, but when we asked about the order, they said it wasn't ready. Therefore, it's not our dasher's fault if your order is late or canceled. Nobody wants to deliver a late order because of their dasher rating.

My experience at this Mexican restaurant was très très bon! We ordered the nachos fries, which were incredible and served in a very large portion – so good! The burritos were also enormous and very well-filled; I can tell you they fill you up immediately! I recommend this place +++.

My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. The place was dirty and smelly, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, the staff were rude, and I observed them tipping themselves the maximum tip. The atmosphere received a score of 1, as did the service and food.

My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The service was great, and the food was good. I especially loved their steak burrito, which was incredibly flavorful. It's also a huge plus that they are open all night on weekends. What's not to love? !
