I was on the hunt for a KBBQ place that accommodates single diners, and I'm so glad I discovered Zajang Grill. It was absolutely perfect for me as a solo diner, offering a 2-person table with a grill. I visited on a weekday around 5: 30 PM and was seated immediately. The service was quick, and the staff was incredibly helpful. The food was also great, and I appreciated the convenience of using a QR code for ordering food and drinks.

My experience at this restaurant was marked by unexpected and high costs. The bill came to around $43 per person before tax, and after tax and a service fee, it escalated to $58 per person. We were a large group, and the service fee of $67 was not disclosed to us beforehand. This lack of transparency regarding pricing and fees was a significant issue. Consequently, I will not be returning, and neither will my friends. I hope the establishment reconsiders its customer service and pricing policies.

My experience at the restaurant was sooo good! For $240, we had unlimited food for 4 people, including tax and tip 😋. We were seated right away at 5 pm on a Saturday. I loved that we could keep ordering off our phone from the QR code, and they brought it to us fast!

Consequently, I ended up paying an additional 18% tip, effectively paying a 38% tip in total. This was only discovered after a friend pointed it out. I find it disgusting that they charged me without explicit notification. Due to this lack of transparency, I will never go back to this restaurant.

Upon arrival, it was packed, and I was added to the waiting list. The staff estimated a 20-minute wait, which was fine given my patience. Once seated, the menu is accessed via QR code, and ordering is done through a mobile phone. The food arrived faster than expected and was fresh. The service was great and the food quality was good. I recommend this place for anyone looking for all you can eat or just Korean barbecue. I'll be back to try other items.

The service was great, likely the fastest I've encountered at a KBBQ place, with quick order fulfillment. The waitstaff proactively offered to change our grill multiple times, a feature I haven't seen elsewhere. The meats were excellent, particularly the miso and spicy pork bellies, which were spot on. I was pleased to find beef bulgogi on the menu this time, and it was fantastic. Overall, a highly positive dining experience.
