Worth the Trip for a Delicious Smash Burger
What a delicious smash burger. I had to plan my Sunday around having this burger, as they are only open five hours a week at the outer sunset farmers market. I ordered at 10: 30 am for a rare brunch burger, and it was definitely worth it. The meat was smashed and crispy, and the bun of the burger was soft and tasty. I definitely recommend checking out this pop-up burger shop if you can make it.

Worth the wait for Maillard's burgers
While I find it a bit expensive for a farmer's market stall with no seating, I'm eagerly anticipating their brick-and-mortar opening. I spent $34 on two burgers, one fry, and one drink, and the 30-40 minute wait meant I had to sit on the sidewalk. Despite these drawbacks, I have to admit that this is my favorite stall at the farmer's market. I feel guilty for not trying other delicious options because I keep returning to Maillard's. Their burger is exactly what a smashburger should taste like – a crispy patty that isn't too greasy. The flavors of the spicy burger are also very well-executed.

Best Smash Burger at the Market!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! I had the best smash burger I've ever tasted. It's my first stop every time I visit this farmers market. The food quality is exceptional, and I highly recommend it.

Delicious Smash Burgers, Worth the Wait
I initially wanted to dislike this place due to the hype, but I couldn't. I visited twice, and both times the food was delicious. While the lines can get long, the waiting time of 30-40 minutes from lining to eating was acceptable for me. The burger itself was well-balanced, with perfect proportions of cheese, pickles, shallots, patty, and buns. The fries were also quite good, and the sauces were interesting. The patties were smashed exceptionally well, and the meat quality surpassed that of a standard smash burger. It was fascinating to watch the chefs at work. I even developed a theory about why Maillards' smash burgers achieve a superior Maillard reaction – possibly due to the wind at their outdoor location, which might help evaporate moisture and enhance crispiness. I would appreciate seeing a cleaner, more organized workspace, but I understand the potential chaos given it's not a brick-and-mortar establishment and operates only on Sundays. However, they should have a better grasp of workflow by now.

Overhyped Burger, Nice Atmosphere
My experience at this restaurant was marked by a significant amount of hype, but ultimately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While I have nothing against the establishment, I wouldn't wait in line for their burger again. The atmosphere was a strong point, rated at a 5, and the service was also good, receiving a 4. However, the food, specifically the Single Patty Smash Burger, only scored a 3. The price per person was within the $10–20 range, and the meal was for lunch.

Friendly staff, delicious food, worth the wait
My experience at this restaurant was great! The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious. While the line can be around 30 minutes due to its popularity, it's definitely worth the wait.

Mixed Burger Experience at Heritage
My experience at Heritage Restaurant and Bar for the Maillard Burger pop-up in San Francisco was mixed. The Spicy double burger was a highlight for me; I really enjoyed it, noting a good level of heat and pepper flavor. I found that dipping my burger in the jalapeno aioli provided much-needed moisture, and I was happy with that. The aioli itself was delicious with a great jalapeno flavor. The fries were also delicious, described as little salt delivery mechanisms perfect for sauce consumption. However, my companion, Whitney, was not impressed with the regular double burger. She found it to be dry and under seasoned and indicated she would try other places before returning.

Burger Perfection - A Must-Try!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, primarily due to their burger. It was so perfect that it has ruined other burgers for me. Every component, from the bun and sauce to the shallots, pickles, and cheese, was essential and complemented the others flawlessly. This level of detail and quality indicates a true labor of love, and I'm grateful for that experience every time I order.

Packed Pop-Up with Great Nuggets
I visited Heritage Bar for their pop-up on a Tuesday and it was packed, which is understandable given the quality. For me, the Double was better than the spicy option. The chicken nuggets were also good.

Delicious Jalapeño Special!
My experience was delicious! I tried the jalapeño special and it was fantastic. I also got a side of fries. They sometimes do pop-ups at Olfactory Brewing in the Dogpatch.
