We came to celebrate Mother's Day at Flora King, and we absolutely loved the food. The attention from the staff was super good. A special thank you to Angela for her warmth and Nico, who was incredibly attentive. 🙏🤗

My experience at Flora King was fantastic! I love Argentinian steakhouses, and this place truly delivered. The steaks were great, as expected, but the pizza was a delightful surprise, thanks to their legit pizza oven. The staff was very friendly, and the chef even came out to chat, which I really appreciated as it showed personalized service. It's possibly the best restaurant in the Castro, and I'm definitely going back.

I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. The selection of Argentinian Malbec was interesting, and the food was delicious. The service was impeccable and very friendly. While I took Uber, I noticed there was plenty of parking available once the meters turned off at 6 PM. I also heard they have music, which sounds like a nice addition.

While they don't have a liquor license, their bar serves fantastic, slightly less alcohol drinks that are truly a must-try – you have to taste them to believe how good they are. The service and atmosphere were also top-notch, both receiving a perfect 5/5 rating.

My experience at Flora King was most wonderful! They offer great options for vegetarians, gluten-free diners, and meat-eaters alike. I highly recommend starting with the French fries, which were the bomb! Our party raved about the steaks and chicken dishes. My gnocchi with sauce was perfect, and my husband loved the white pizza. The atmosphere is charming, and the wait staff deserves 5 stars. Evan made us feel like family. Be sure to leave room for dessert, as Angela of Angela’s Ice Cream is the chef, and her ice creams are on the menu. Check if the Lavender ice cream is available; it's the best!

I rarely give 5 stars, but my experience last night at Flora King was wonderful. Our group of four included one gluten-free diner, two vegetarians, and one person sensitive to dairy. We were pleased to find plenty of options for all dietary needs. The food was excellent and delicious, with nice presentation. It also offered good value. The wait staff was very friendly, providing excellent service. The ambiance was nice as well. We will definitely be back for sure.

The Buenos Aires spritz was also a great choice. The atmosphere was amazing, described as warm, lively, and welcoming. It's a wonderful spot for a true taste of Argentina in San Francisco.

My experience at Flora King, located on 18th Street in the Castro, was fantastic and it's definitely becoming one of my new go-to spots. I visited with friends for a boys' night out, and from the moment we walked in, the host and waitress made us feel at home. They warmly greeted us, walked us through the menu and specials, and provided great recommendations. I ordered the Torando Tournedos (pork tenderloin) and an arugula salad, while my friends enjoyed the New York strip steaks. Every dish was cooked to perfection – the meats were spot-on and the veggie sides were excellent. The wine and cocktails were also right on point. If we hadn’t been so full, dessert would have been the perfect finish! All in all, Flora King hits that sweet spot of refined meets casual. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the Castro—it’s definitely worth adding to your dining rotation.
