Great Vibe, Needs Lighting Tweak
I recently visited for breakfast, drawn in by the restaurant's hippy vibe, complete with a large peace sign at the entrance and art on the wall from 60's musicians. While I enjoyed the art and general aesthetic inside, the lighting was off; two extremely bright light beams were distracting, glaring into the seating area. The breakfast menu felt underwhelming, lacking simple breakfast plate options, with burritos and sandwiches being the main features.
I hope they consider changes as the place has a lot of potential. The latte and bacon were great! It's conveniently located at a hip hotel.

Amazing Smash Burgers and Friendly Service
I visited this really cool full bar located within Union Square and connected to Hotel Zeppelin. For a Friday night, it was great coming in without having to wait. The staff were super friendly too!
You order at the counter and they deliver your food. I got the spicy peppa smash with cheddar cheese and fries, and my friend got the classic American smash burger with sweet potato fries. Our food came out so quickly, and the burgers and fries were delicious!
The spicy peppa smash was pretty messy but SO good, with a good amount of spice and cheese. My burger fell apart, but I was able to use my fork and knife. They also serve milkshakes and have a full bar.
It's a great spot for hotel guests or people in the area looking for something quick and a nice smash burger. Parking can be a bit difficult to find, with paid street parking available around.

Overpriced and Poor Quality Food
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I found the food to be overpriced and of poor quality. I ordered two burgers and a chicken sandwich, along with a set of french fries, and the total bill came to $100.
Frankly, Wendy's offers better quality burgers and chicken sandwiches. The chicken sandwich, in particular, was a frozen patty that tasted like plastic. While the atmosphere was nice, the food was horrible.

Best Smash Burger in SF!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic. I had a really good smash burger, which I definitely consider one of the best I've had in San Francisco. The fries and ketchup also hit the spot.
The environment was nice and clean.

Great Smash Burger and Shake!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! I tried the classic smash burger, which was great. To finish my meal, I had the chocolate shake, and it was a great ending.
The group size was 3-4 people, and we experienced excellent service and atmosphere, both rated 5 out of 5. The food also received a perfect score of 5. The noise level was moderate.

Delicious Burgers and Great Service
My experience at this restaurant in downtown San Francisco was fantastic! I enjoyed delicious fresh (smash)burgers, fries, and shakes. They also offer a vegetarian burger and gluten-free buns, which is great for dietary needs.
The service was excellent, and the food quality was top-notch. The atmosphere was also very pleasant. While parking is unavailable, the indoor dining area is comfortable.
It's a place I would somewhat recommend for vegetarians.

Stellar Burger, Disappointing Sides
We visited PLS on Post primarily because of its prime location near the venue where we were catching a show. The restaurant has a fun, lively vibe, akin to a counter-service burger joint with a full bar. The service was quick and friendly.
My burger was, in a word, messy (definitely a knife-and-fork situation), but undeniably delicious. The patty itself was incredibly flavorful, and the added bacon was tasty, good quality, and perfectly cooked. I'd happily go back just for the burger!
However, the fries were a letdown; floppy and bordering on soggy, they just didn't live up to the deliciousness of the burger. We were really looking forward to trying their incredible-sounding shakes, only to find out they were out of ice cream – a bummer! The menu is pretty limited to just burgers, so don't expect a ton of variety.
Overall, PLS on Post is a decent choice for a solid burger if you're in the area, even with the disappointing sides and lack of shakes. I'm rounding my 3. 5-star experience up to 4 stars based on that stellar burger.

Solid Burgers and Relaxed Vibe
My wife and I visited PLS on Post during our city getaway. It was a quiet Wednesday night with only a few other patrons, creating a relaxed and low-key atmosphere. The service was quick, and the staff, while friendly, kept to themselves, which we appreciated.
The atmosphere was clean and chill, with the TV on and a comfy vibe, making it feel like a great spot for a no-fuss burger and beer. The burgers were pretty solid, I'd say better than average, and the prices were reasonable for the city. It's definitely a nice spot to stop at if you're in the area.

Favorite Burger Spot in SF!
I visit this restaurant weekly and always get the classic smash burger, which is my favorite in the city. The music is always good, contributing to a great atmosphere. I will continue to dine here as long as I live in SF.
