My experience at this restaurant was largely disappointing due to the food quality. The Beef Pad See Ew and Pineapple Fried Rice were bland. The Papaya Salad had an unpleasant texture because the slices were too thick and irregularly cut. To top it off, the Mango Sticky Rice was served with an unripe mango, which was a significant letdown. While the service and atmosphere received decent ratings, the core of the dining experience – the food – fell short.

My son loved the rice, and the Pad Thai was particularly delicious – perfectly cooked noodles and not overly sauced. The key is the sauce, and the flavors were spot on. The soup was subtle and soothing. There were so many other dishes I wanted to try, so I will definitely be back to try the Lao dishes. I'm glad to have such a great place in this neighborhood.
