Excellent Food and Atmosphere!
What a great find! We had Ma Bo Tofu and Veg steamed dumplings, and both were excellent. The restaurant was crowded with locals, which is always a good sign. We highly recommend this place.

Delicious Hong Kong Milk Tea!
My experience at the restaurant was great, especially with their new drink, the hot Hong Kong style milk tea. It was really good and never fails to satisfy me ❤️.

Excellent Xiao Long Bao for Groups!
My experience at this restaurant was excellent, especially for accommodating large groups. I emailed to reserve for a big group of around 30 people, and they were very responsive and gave us our own space in the balcony area. They offered a great selection of set menus, which made ordering much easier. The Xiao long baos were excellent, and the overall experience was great for a big group.

Best XLB Outside of Shanghai!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially regarding the food. I had some of the best XLB I've had outside of Shanghai. The dumpling skin was incredibly delicate and thin, exactly as it should be! After living in Shanghai for a year, I felt like I hadn't found anything that compared. The people were super nice, and the service was excellent (rated 5/5). While they could add some music and warmth to the atmosphere, it's otherwise a great spot. The food itself was rated 5/5, and the atmosphere 4/5.

Delicious Anniversary Meal with Great Deals
My family and I were walking around the area and noticed the restaurant's anniversary sign near the front door. We were impressed by the large variety on the menu. One of the most memorable dishes was the Wonton in Chili Oil; each bite was rich with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. It was also nice that it was 50% off due to their anniversary deal. Overall, we experienced delicious food, fast service, and a great place.

Best Soup Dumplings & Outstanding String Beans!
I decided to try this place after seeing some good reviews, and I'm so glad I did! These are honestly the best soup dumplings I've had in years. The skin is thin, the soup inside is super generous, and they're better than many other spots I've visited. A tip for newcomers to XLB: eat them right away! They lose their magic if they cool down, so always enjoy the soup dumplings first. I also sampled a few other dishes, and the string beans here are outstanding. The preserved vegetables add a unique kick, and they are stir-fried to perfection. The rice cakes were chewy with a great texture, and the squab was juicy and flavorful. This place is a true gem, and I'll definitely be back soon.

Dumpling Delights in the Sunset
Dumpling Bites is a go-to spot in the Sunset for me. The soup dumplings (xiao long bao) are absolutely amazing – incredibly juicy and flavorful, easily some of the best I've had in the city. The pan-fried buns are a triumph, perfectly crispy on the bottom and delightfully soft on top. I also love the boiled pork dumplings with chives; they're consistently fresh and tasty. The staff is friendly, and the service is impressively quick, even during busy times. It truly feels like a cozy neighborhood gem that reliably delivers great food and warm service. I find myself returning often and highly recommend it to any dumpling enthusiast.

Delicious Food, Amazing Service, Aesthetic Ambiance!
We visited on a Sunday afternoon after hearing about their reopening post-inspection. As a group of 4, we began with the XLB's, which were hot, steamy, and filled with a mouthful of soup – absolutely delicious. Following our server's recommendations, we also ordered the Shanghai Chow Mein, Dry-Fried Chicken Wings, and String Beans. These dishes were incredibly tasty, offering a unique flavor profile not commonly found in many Chinese restaurants. The service was quick and amazing, with food arriving promptly. The ambiance of the dining floor is very aesthetic, featuring great lighting and a nice high ceiling. We also noted that the bathrooms were very clean. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience, and we plan to return with family next week.

Consistent Food with Health Concerns
My experience at this restaurant was marked by consistently on point food, particularly their excellent XLBs. The restaurant also offers space for larger groups and has reasonable prices, especially with ongoing promos. However, I am aware of the serious health violation write-up this establishment received. I hope this serves as a strong message about the importance of proper food preparation environments. Despite this concern, recognizing the challenges businesses face in San Francisco, I will continue to support them, albeit with some reservations moving forward.

Cockroach infestation with extra flavors!
My experience at this restaurant was certainly memorable, though not for the reasons one would hope. The food was surprisingly rated a 5, but the reviewer questioned if the "sesame seeds" were actually eggs, and humorously suggested a cockroach 🪳 infestation might be adding "extra flavors" 😂. The service and atmosphere were both rated a low 1, indicating a very poor experience in those areas.
