Classic Breakfast Spot - Still the Best!
Mom and pop shops are my favorite! This neighborhood spot really is the best in the game. They serve classic breakfast and have been around for 30+ years. The hashbrowns are still the best I've had, made with fresh potatoes shredded and all the buttery love you can imagine. The owners are grandparents themselves, so they welcome kids. Parking is paid street parking, though it can be somewhat difficult to find parking.

Cherished Neighborhood Breakfast Spot
My experience at this cherished neighborhood old school greasy spoon breakfast spot in the Exelsior District of San Francisco was wonderful. The food is made to order and delicious. It's also affordable. Ann herself usually pours your coffee and makes sure everyone is having a good morning, which adds a personal touch to the service. The atmosphere is that of a classic diner.
