Awesome Service and Perfect Food!
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic! My waiter, Carlos, was awesome and very friendly. The chef, Joshua, prepared my food perfectly. I especially enjoyed the great big jumbo shrimp and the homemade tarter sauce, which was the bomb! 😋

Food was alright, entertainment was great
My experience at the restaurant was decent. The food was alright, but the extra stars are definitely for the free entertainment on Saturday night.

Clam Chowder Disappointing, Service Mediocre
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing. I had the Clam Chowder in a bread bowl, and it did not meet my expectations, especially compared to my previous visit to Fisherman's Wharf. The service was also mediocre and not very friendly.

Great Food and Nice People
My experience at Lou's was great. They have good food and nice people who work there. The upstairs area sometimes features a band.

Fresh Seafood with Limited Vegetarian Options
My experience at this restaurant was centered around the fresh seafood, as one would expect from a place in Fisherman's Wharf. They offer outdoor seating, which is a nice option, and a kid's menu with standard American fare for less adventurous eaters. However, I would not recommend this place for vegetarians.

Terrible Service and Undercooked Food
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. The service was terrible. My special dish was under-cooked, and when I sent it back, the waiter just left it on the table. He then offered me another dish, the daily soup, which took half an hour to arrive and was only lukewarm. To make matters worse, when we received the bill, the undercooked pork item was still on it. I was so unimpressed and wish I had eaten from one of the street vendors.

Late Night Option Worth a Try
I went with a friend and I have to say the place wasn't bad at all. It was the only one open late at night, so if you don't know where to go, give it a try.

Cozy Spot with Great Poke
My experience at this restaurant was pleasant. The cozy environment and friendly staff created a welcoming atmosphere. During Happy Hour, the food selection was fairly good. I particularly enjoyed the Ahi Poke, which was excellent. The burgers were satisfactory, and the fries hit the spot.

Lobster Roll Disappointment
My experience at the restaurant was mostly decent, but I must warn others about the 'lobster roll'. It was more like a cold lobster salad sandwich 🤢.

Pricey but Good Food, Service Mix-up
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of good food and a peculiar service incident. The food, specifically the fish/shrimp & chips, was good, although I found it a bit pricey for what it was. The service was generally OK, but we encountered a very busy atmosphere. A specific issue arose with an older waiter who had black hair and glasses. She initially denied us a table inside, claiming they were full and not taking more customers, even though there were empty tables outside. She reluctantly agreed to let us sit outside. Shortly after, we asked a younger, brown-haired employee about seating inside when available, and we were immediately seated without any wait. Customers who arrived after us were also seated without issue, leaving me wondering about the older woman's behavior. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but the service experience with the older waiter was quite odd.
