Value (4.9 out of 10)

mentioned by 15% of the guests

When it comes to value, this spot presents a bit of a mixed bag, with an average score of 4.9 and customer satisfaction sitting at a mixed 40%. Based on 20 customer comments, with 8 positive remarks versus 10 negative ones, it seems there are some clear upsides. Many appreciate the generally decent price for flavorful ramen, finding the full dishes reasonably priced, and love taking advantage of special offers like the 99-cent gyoza deal and a cool reward program.

Misleading promo coupons and ads also caused frustration, with some feeling overcharged for certain items or noting high default tip percentages and additional service mandates.

Delicious Gyozas and Ramen!
My experience at the restaurant was very positive. We started with gyozas and chicken karage as appetizers, which were perfectly crispy and had a pretty good flavor. For our main courses, we all enjoyed the garlic tonkatsu ramen. I particularly appreciated the option of "regular sodium" versus low sodium, finding the regular sodium option to be quite good.

Modern Ramen Spot with Service Room for Growth
My experience at this restaurant was a blend of interesting decor and promising food, though the service needs refinement. The atmosphere is striking, with traditional lanterns and demon figures adorning the ceiling, all set to K-pop music. It's a nice, clean, and very modern space. As someone from Japan, I've had my share of ramen, and I ordered the all star ramen with all the fixings. If you love garlic, this is for you, as the broth is very garlic prominent. While the ramen itself was good, the chashu could have benefited from being seared or roasted for extra depth, but the flavors did work well together overall. The service, however, was a noticeable area for improvement. My group observed that the staff seemed new. We didn't receive our waters until five minutes after our ramen arrived, despite asking. We also saw staff gathered and standing around, suggesting a need for more training and attentiveness to ensure every guest is well taken care of. I understand this place recently opened, and I hope they use this feedback to improve over time!

Amazing Ramen and Atmosphere
My experience at the restaurant was fantastic. Although the estimated wait time for two people was around 30 minutes, the line moved pretty fast. The service was impeccable, with staff checking on party sizes. We ordered the Yuzu Ramen and the All Star, which arrived in a reasonable time and were incredibly flavorful. I especially loved the atmosphere; it felt very cultural with Japanese artwork and writing on the walls.
