Health Code Concern with Drink Filling
My experience involved a health code concern. I was informed by my delivery driver that the location made them fill my soft drink. Since my driver does not have a food handler's certification card, this is a health code violation. My driver also mentioned that all Wingstop locations make them fill the drinks.

Extremely Rude Service, Avoid This Place
I went to this restaurant with my son to place a to-go order for six people. Upon entering, the employee with glasses and "ugly blond hair" did not greet us. He looked down at the register and abruptly asked, "Ordering? Ordering? " His rudeness was apparent, and neither my son nor I responded immediately. He then asked, "Name? Name? " I questioned why he needed our name, especially since we were the only customers. He offered to call us "# 1" instead, which I accepted. Another worker then asked if I spoke Spanish, which I felt was an attempt to ease the tension, suggesting this employee's rudeness might be a recurring issue. I asked why he was being so "strong, " avoiding the word "rude. " He declared, "Because I am the BOSS. " I retorted, "BOSS yourself. " Due to my son's presence, I refrained from using stronger language. We ultimately left and ordered from the university location. I expected basic customer service, such as a greeting and a polite request for a name after the order was placed.
