Mistake on my breaded strip order
My experience at the restaurant was disappointing due to an error with my order. I ordered 5 breaded strips, but I was only given 3. I'm unsure if this was an intentional mistake.

Disappointing Almond Milk Policy and Service
I've been a regular at Wawa for years and usually have a good experience. However, my recent visit to this specific store was disappointing. I went to purchase coffee and, due to a dairy allergy, needed almond milk. I noticed there was none available at the coffee station. When I inquired with the employee, Treasure, I was informed that they charge extra for almond milk and that's why it's not readily available. This is the first time I've encountered this policy; all other Wawas I've visited have almond milk accessible without an additional charge. It's frustrating that a common alternative for allergies is now an upcharge, and I received a "nasty attitude" from Treasure when she explained this "new rule. " I will be returning to my usual Wawa, which offers better customer service and almond milk at no extra cost. I won't spend my money at a place with rude employees. My advice to customers with food allergies is to go to a different Wawa; there's another one down the road that accommodates without extra charges.

Long Waits, Poor Service
My experience at this restaurant was defined by an extremely long wait time. I wouldn't recommend coming here unless you have at least 20 minutes to spare just standing in line. During rush hour, there was only one overworked cashier, and the line wrapped around the entire store. The management seemed indifferent to the situation. Even when they did call a second cashier, they acted as if it was a great burden.

Terrible Overnight Wawa Experience
My first bad customer service experience at a Wawa in Florida occurred around 1 AM. The cashier assisted a woman with an item from behind the counter but then directed her to use self-checkout for the rest of her items. When I got in line, assuming the cashier was free, I was met with a miserable attitude. Initially, I felt I might be inconveniencing her, but then I remembered seeing her on her phone, typing away, while assisting the previous customer. Upon leaving, I observed another man get in line and be completely ignored. Even as I was well outside the building, the cashier was still typing and ignoring him, with AirPods clearly visible. While I understand it's an overnight shift, there were absolutely no pleasantries. I travel all over Florida overnight and have never had a bad experience with a Wawa. I completely understand why this location is under 3 stars, with security at the door, locked entrances, and a miserable cashier.
