Excellent Hunan Food and Service
We traveled from Seattle specifically to try this Hunan restaurant. Our experience was fantastic; the food was really good, so much so that we returned for a second night in a row. The service was also nice. We highly recommend this place.

Disappointing Service, Decent Food
Initially, I mistook the waitress for being inattentive as she practically threw the Coke, dishes, and everything else onto our table without a word, despite our repeated "thank yous. " It was only later I realized she could actually speak. The bullfrog (牛蛙) we ordered was priced around $49, but in my opinion, it wasn’t worth it. While we don't typically mind spending money, the service was among the worst I’ve experienced in the United States. Her service simply didn’t live up to the price. That said, the food itself wasn’t too bad. You can still give it a try, but be prepared to leave a bad review if you encounter the same awful service I did.

Terrible Food and Overpriced
My experience at this restaurant was overwhelmingly negative. The food was absolutely trashy; the meat was too fatty and the taste was excessively salty. I truly regretted eating at this place. To make matters worse, it was overpriced. I would not recommend this place at all!

Terrible Service, Good Food
I generally avoid leaving negative reviews, hoping a bad experience is a one-off. However, my two visits to this restaurant, both on Thursdays, were marked by terrible service. As we were a party of seven and ordered many dishes, we accumulated leftovers. When we asked for to-go boxes, the waitress stated, "You guys are asking too many, if you want more we will charge! " This was incredibly rude, especially considering how much we spent. I couldn't believe her audacity. I wish I hadn't left any tip for her. I will never come back to this place again. If you're looking to experience rude service, feel free to visit yourself.
