Beautiful Views, But Service Lacking
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The beautiful views and great ambiance were definitely highlights, complemented by the nice live music and the availability of a fireplace and couches for drinks. However, the food was just okay, described as good but not great. The main issue was the service, which was really slow. Our server, JOSEPH, never refilled drinks when requested or brought requested sauces. While I would recommend this place for drinks and ambiance, I would eat somewhere else if better service is a priority.

Exceptional Cake and Service!
Honestly, this isn't my first experience with you, but each time you impress me with the perfection of details and the beauty of the cake. The taste is indescribable. Wishing you continued success! My advice to everyone is to try them. The service is wonderful, there's credibility in delivery, and a commitment to time. The taste and appearance are even better than each other.

Mixed Experience with Service Issues
We had reservations, so there was no wait. We paid for valet parking, as the free parking lot was quite full on a Saturday. The food was okay, with dishes like steak and eggs, a lobster roll, and a cast iron cinnamon roll. However, I felt our waitress was prejudiced against my friend and me. She initially asked if we were guests or had a room, and upon hearing we didn't, she advised us not to put it as a room charge, implying we might dine and dash. Her demeanor notably changed when she saw my AmEx card. I was considering this venue for an event, but based on this experience, it wouldn't be the place for me.

Delicious Food, Concerning Allergy Incident
My experience at this restaurant was a mix of positive and concerning. The food was delicious, and the staff were both professional and friendly. However, a significant issue arose when my baby boy had an allergic reaction after eating eggs, despite not having prior egg allergies. While I don't wish to place blame, I believe it's crucial for the restaurant to clearly list all ingredients, including the types of oil used. Additionally, ensuring thorough cleaning of pans between dishes would be greatly appreciated to prevent cross-contamination.
