Both experiences were terrific, marked by great food, attentive and friendly service, and a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The service from both Rio on the patio and Jon at the bar was exceptional; they were helpful, fun to talk to, and very good at their jobs.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The space was clean and comfortable, well-lit with various comfortable seating sections, creating a pleasant ambience. However, the service team was overly attentive, almost invasive, which was a bit much.
We misunderstood the gratuity, thinking it was included in the food price, but it was an additional 20% on top of the food ticket. Regarding the food, my hamburger arrived cold as it sat waiting for the second plate. I ordered the prime plate, hoping for flavorful Yukon mash, but it lacked any potato flavor, was mealy, and not palatable, tasting liquidy and 'fridgy'.
This was probably my last visit.

My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. The ambiance was truly beautiful, creating an excellent atmosphere. However, the service was very slow, which detracted from the overall experience.
