Poolside Refreshment at Pendry
I stayed at the Pendry and decided to check out the pool. I visited on a Wednesday at noon, and it wasn't very busy, though I've heard it's quite lively on Sunday afternoons. I found a pool chair and tried to order an Estrella Jalisco on draft, but it wasn't available. I settled for a Shock Top, which was nice and refreshing by the pool. The server was nice, and overall, it was a solid experience.

Amazing Rooftop Experience with Delicious Food!
I recently visited the rooftop pool and had an amazing experience. We ordered the Mediterranean Appetizer Plate and the Lobster Roll w/fries, and everything was absolutely delicious! The ambience is very chic and trendy, and the drinks were also very good. The best element of the visit was the service; the staff is incredibly professional, courteous, and catering. They do an amazing job of hiring the right people. A special shoutout to Kaden for his great service, and our waitress with short black hair also provided amazing service, though I didn't catch her name. I will definitely be back!

Great Ambiance, Disappointing Food
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. I really liked the ambiance of the rooftop pool, finding it very relaxing, especially during the week when it wasn't crowded. The background music was also enjoyable. However, I was highly disappointed with the food. I ordered a quesadilla and was dismayed that the cheese was not melted. This was particularly frustrating given the $30 price tag (which included an additional $12 for shrimp). Consequently, I did not think the food was good. On a positive note, I did like the drinks. The service was decent; it started well but tapered off. I would have ordered another cocktail if a server had come by.

Rude Bartender Ruined Sunday Funday
As a regular at Pool House, I was incredibly disappointed with the service during our recent visit for my girlfriend's birthday. We decided to start at the bar, and the bartender with colored green/blue eyes, dark hair, and an arm tattoo was incredibly rude. Before we even ordered, she abruptly asked "cash or card. " When I asked for Tito's, she interrupted with a disgusted look, stating they only had Sky. I then asked for Grey Goose, and she ignored me, pouring it without confirmation. Her communication was poor, and her customer service was horrible. In her rush, she ran our card too quickly, causing it to not read correctly. She then shouted "card declined" to embarrass us, when a quick look at the printer would have shown the charge had gone through. While I understand fast-paced environments, she seemed miserable and unhappy. We ended up ordering drinks from Mariana instead, who was great! :) We chose not to tip the rude bartender and left a note about her customer service, hoping it might help her correct her attitude. We will never go to her again; she truly seemed like she was in hell.

Poolside Fee Not Worth It
My experience was solely based on the $40 fee to sit poolside. While this fee does go towards food and/or drinks, if you don't plan on purchasing anything, you're essentially paying $40 just to sit by and swim in the pool. I ended up leaving and going to Float @ Hard Rock, where there was no charge for pool access.
