Horrible Bread and Unreachable Service

It was so stale that it should have been noticed during preparation. I attempted to contact the location four times to resolve the issue by getting a replacement, but the calls went unanswered, continuously ringing until they disconnected. It's difficult for customers to address problems when there's no way to reach the establishment.

Rude Staff Ruined the Experience
My husband went into the restaurant, and I could hear over the phone how rude the ladies were to him. He ended up just getting my sandwich and leaving because he didn’t want to deal with their attitudes.
