Food (4.6 out of 10)

mentioned by 82% of the guests

While the overall customer satisfaction for food sits at a low 25%, and the score is an average 4.6, its not all bad news! Some diners really enjoyed the new menu subs, finding their food quality to be super and the subs themselves good. These positive remarks, coming from 4 positive sentiments out of 16 total customer comments, suggest that certain items, especially the new menu subs, can be a pleasant surprise.

However, the majority of the feedback, with 7 negative remarks, highlights some significant downsides. Diners were particularly let down by the limited vegetarian options and the absence of salads. Issues like stale breads and running out of vegetables and sauces' during lunch also contributed to a less-than-stellar experience for many.

Ambience (3.7 out of 10)

mentioned by 36% of the guests

While the overall vibe here is a bit of a downer, with a score of just 3.7 (which is poor, by the way) and customer satisfaction sitting at a low 28.6%, some folks did note a few silver linings. Based on 2 positive remarks, there were mentions of place cleanliness and general hygiene being reasonably okay, with one person even saying they didnt have to wait too long. However, the negatives, which account for 4 out of 7 total comments, paint a much grimmer picture.

Were talking serious issues like a cockroach sighting, descriptions of a dirty nasty place, and even calls for a food hygiene agency visit. The worst part? Some found the store smell to be like vomit and sewage, which is definitely a major red flag.

Horrible Experience, Avoid This Place!
My experience at this restaurant was disgusting. The first time we visited about two months ago, there was only one employee who spoke zero English and couldn't make a sandwich, so we left. We decided to give it another try yesterday. The store smelled like vomit and sewage. I started gagging and ran out the front door, experiencing dry heaves for 10 minutes. This is a horrid store under bad management, and I would recommend that people stay away to avoid illness.

Cockroach sighting, dirty place
While on holiday, we went here for something to eat. As the sub was being prepared, a cockroach walked across the counter where the food is being made. The assistant squashed the bug and tried to scrape it away, hoping that we hadn't noticed. I personally think she would have let us eat the food. I also noticed a few other cockroaches crawling on the floor. It's a dirty nasty place that needs a visit from the food hygiene agency.

Disappointing Subway Experience
My experience at Subway was disgusting. The vege pattie was the worst I have ever had. To make matters worse, they ran out of vegetables and sauces during lunch time. The food court should have better vegetarian options.

Consistent Subway, Higher Prices
Above all, will I be back? Every time I come to shop here, I go to Subway lol. As a Vegas local, I will come back next time I come here lol. Food: The food is the same as other locations. Ambience: It's casual, lively, and busy, but most of the time I find a seat. The whole wall is made of glass, so it can be hot during the summer due to the sun. Service: The line was not long, and the staff was nicc, quick, and attentive. The cashier was a bit cold (looked tired or something). Hygiene: Like other locations, it was clean. Price: This location has higher prices than regular ones. Location: It is in the food court at Premium Outlet (North). Parking: You can park at the parking garage or parking lot. Nevadans are free with DL. ETC: Drink refill is $1.

Confusing Salad Situation
My experience at the restaurant was confusing. I was surprised that they didn't offer salads, especially since all the ingredients for salads were laid out right in front of me as they made sandwiches. 🤔
