Value (5 out of 10)

mentioned by 9% of the guests

When it comes to value, some folks found a silver lining, noting Good food at affordable price! and even that a price 25$ and feed 2 people was a win. These positive sentiments, focusing on affordable price, contribute to an overall score of 5, which is pretty average.

However, with only 2 positive remarks out of 6 total, it seems these experiences are not the norm. On the flip side, a significant number of diners felt let down, especially when deals werent honored, with comments like "claimed they canceled it and wouldn’t honor the deal" and "wouldn’t honor the deal. " This left many feeling that the experience wasnt worth it, especially for the price.

This frustration around deal and free meal issues drags customer satisfaction down to a rather poor 33.3%, indicating there's definitely room for improvement here.

Fantastic Greek Flavors at Souvla
My experience at Souvla was fantastic! I enjoyed the lamb salad and Greek yogurt with olive oil. The lamb was incredibly tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, served on a bed of fresh, crisp greens with a wonderful balance of flavors. The Greek yogurt was thick, creamy, and rich, and the olive oil added a delightful savory depth, making the dessert surprisingly indulgent. The atmosphere is bright and casual, complemented by friendly staff, which enhanced the overall experience. Souvla is a great spot for fresh, flavorful Greek food that feels both satisfying and modern.

Nice Staff, Disappointing Food
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. The people working there were nice, but unfortunately, the food was below par. I ordered the half chicken, and as you can see in the picture, it was dry without much flavor. While the service and atmosphere were excellent (rated 5/5), the food quality was a significant letdown (rated 2/5).

Disappointing Chicken Sandwich, Fries Shine
Though the presentation was on point, the chicken sandwich missed the mark. It was dry, under-seasoned, and lacked the bold flavor we hoped for. We came craving a classic, elevated twist on Nick the Greek but left underwhelmed. Even the garlic sauce lacked punch. Ironically, the standout was the fries, and that says something about the overall food experience.
