Excellent Breakfast Buffet with Delicious Quiche
My experience at the Seaview Restaurant, located on the first floor of the Grand Hyatt, was for breakfast during a two-night stay. The restaurant offered a large buffet spread with a wide variety of hot and cold items, including eggs, tasty bacon, sausage, waffles, cheeses, and fruits. A particular highlight was the omelette station, which also served delicious quiches – the best I've ever had. The avocado toast, prepared by the omelette chef, was also very tasty. The service provided by the waiters and all staff was very attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was rated a 5, and the food a 5.

Disappointing Breakfast Buffet
Considering I spent $40 for the breakfast buffet, I was disappointed. The tastiest items were the pastries, which I'm sure were brought in. The dining room itself is nice, and the service was slow but not terrible. However, I cannot recommend the breakfast buffet to humans with taste buds.

Best Breakfast Buffet Ever!
My experience at this restaurant was exceptional, particularly for breakfast. Although the bill was presented upfront and the initial price seemed high, by the end of the meal, I realized it was worth every penny. It was truly the best breakfast buffet I have ever had.

Exceptional Breakfast Buffet Experience
My experience at the restaurant was for their breakfast buffet. Serawit provided an exceptional welcome, making us feel like VIPs. Leslie then took over, offering excellent service by providing a high chair, orange juice, and coffees, along with apple juice for my son. The highlight was the omelettes made by Jenna; my egg white omelette with tomatoes, green onions, mushrooms, and spinach and feta cheese was the absolute best omelette I’ve ever had. The buffet also offered a great selection of cereals, pancakes, potatoes, sausage, bacon, toast, and fruit. Despite the cost of $43 per person plus tax, the outstanding service from Serawit, Leslie, and Jenna made it worth every penny. I was impressed and will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Beautiful Venue, Great Food, Lukewarm Water
My experience at this restaurant was enjoyable. It’s such a beautiful venue, and it’s both clean and welcoming. The food was great! However, I wish the teapot contained hot water, as the hot water for tea was lukewarm.
