Extremely Rude Manager, Poor Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was primarily defined by the extremely rude behavior of a manager. When I went to pick up my online package, I witnessed a Latin man in a blue apron, who appeared to be a manager, being very impolite to the couriers. I tried to overlook this and accepted my package from him.
Unfortunately, the package was heavy and torn. When I requested a new bag, he treated me rudely and threw it in front of me without offering any assistance. When I asked for help, he dismissively told me to do it myself and that he couldn't help.
His lack of communication and inflated ego overshadowed the establishment. It's concerning that such individuals with poor communication and character are hired as managers. I believe management should observe their staff, but I doubt they would even notice this feedback.
