Disappointing Burrito Bowl
My experience today was quite disappointing. I ordered a burrito bowl and received it with fully uncooked fajita veggies. The peppers and onions were just raw and not even warmed up. This was very disappointing because Qdoba is usually so good.

Great Food and Attentive Service
I was looking for a quick bite after a soccer game and stumbled upon this place to avoid La Jolla's traffic. The food was good with many options. I enjoyed a birria rice bowl with various toppings and a kids quesadilla. Aiden was really helpful and attentive, and super kind to my kiddo! The staff was great. The restaurant is large with plenty of seating options.

Not authentic Mexican, more like Chipotle with preservatives.
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing. I found the food to be not truly Mexican. It felt very similar to Chipotle, but with the added concern of preservatives in the food. For a similar price in this area, you can get an authentic burrito that isn't rolled in a strange, fat, and short manner.
