Worst Poke Bowl Experience
My experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I ordered a build-your-own poke bowl online for pickup and paid for extra fish, but I received barely one scoop. The rice was old and hard, and the bowl was filled with excessive cucumbers and very few other toppings. To make matters worse, the person at the window was rude and short with me. This was the WORST poke bowl I have ever had.

Filling Poke and Lovely Outdoor Space
My experience was great! The poke serving was filling and it was already made, so there wasn’t a wait time. The outdoor space is lovely and shared between the other food trucks and vendors.

Too much rice, not enough flavor
I deeply regret choosing this food truck from the delicious variety available at Spark Social. The experience was dominated by WAY too much rice, which was completely unseasoned and served too hot to be a suitable base for the tuna, seaweed, crab, and other toppings. There was no balance or finesse, just hot rice. Considering the cost of over $18 plus tip, it felt like a robbery. I will never return.
