Terrible service, food never arrived
My experience was incredibly frustrating. I placed an order over the phone at noon and waited an hour. When I called back, I was told the first order didn't go through, so I placed a second one. Shortly after, I received a call informing me I had placed two orders. My second order was canceled, and I was assured the first was on its way. Another hour passed, and I still don't believe my food is coming. When attempting to check on my order via phone, the line repeatedly hung up on me. This entire situation ruined my day.

Disappointing Decline in Service and Food Quality
This location used to be awesome with great service. Now the employees are rude, lazy & stand-offish. They keep you waiting for ten minutes before saying hello. Today I ordered the Big NY well done & it was so undercooked the whole thing fell apart. I've since called twice and was hung up on while waiting on hold to speak with someone.

Unprofessional Manager, Free Pizza?
If you want free food, just walk in and say a name on the screen; they don’t ask for proof! 😂 I know because they gave my food to someone else. And don’t get me started on Cristina, the “MANAGER. ” She’s very unprofessional, hiding in the back doing inventory, hearing what’s going on, and not helping! Then she made me wait until she was done doing what she was doing to come help me. So yeah, come on down, get you some free pizza y’all! Worst case, they say you gotta pay for it there & you can just turn around and walk out 🤣. Someone got lucky with my paid-for food.

Consistently Wrong Orders and Poor Service
I've ordered from this restaurant multiple times, and each time, the order has been wrong. When I call to address the issue, I'm put on hold and then hung up on. I was supposed to receive three meats, but that was not the case. The dietary restrictions are a gamble, as there's a good chance your order will be incorrect even if you call ahead to confirm. For vegetarians, I would not recommend this place as there's a good chance your ordered items will be wrong. If you're really hungry or want specific items, this is not the place to go. The atmosphere and service both received a score of 1, indicating a very poor experience. The food also received a score of 1. The wait time was between 30-60 minutes.

Terrible Service, Undelivered Order
My experience was incredibly frustrating. I attempted to contact the store five times, and even had operators try to connect me, but the store kept hanging up. There was no answer and no call back. Furthermore, the pizza tracker was not up-to-date with the delivery status. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received it, nor did I get a call. I took my business elsewhere.
