Many guests appreciate the reasonable and affordable price points, especially for the fresh fruit youre getting. Disappointing Decline in Quality
I used to go every weekend, but they've since discontinued the dome lids and have become stingy with the toppings. The açaí quality also went downhill. Additionally, their self-order kiosk removed the ability to add special requests. They also leave their açaí out on the counter too long, causing it to get too soft.

Ingredient Issues at Palmetto
My experience at Palmetto was marred by a significant issue: the inaccuracy of ingredient inclusion. Unlike places like Subway where you can visually confirm your order, at Palmetto, I requested Caotella and warm oats through the tablet interface, but these items were simply not added to my bowl. This lack of transparency and execution regarding requested ingredients was a major downside.

Disappointing Açaí Bowl Experience
My experience was disappointing. I ordered a 24 oz Açaí bowl, but it barely had any toppings. They also didn't use a dome lid as stated on Uber Eats. It felt like there was a ton of base for the amount of toppings provided. I won't be back.

Portion Size Disappointment at Palmetto
I was disappointed to see Palmetto cut corners by drastically shrinking their portions. I ordered my usual mini bowl with açaí and a small layer of blue chia pudding, and the flat lid was a giveaway — it was barely half the volume it used to be. There was almost no açaí, and the fruit topping-to-base ratio was totally off. I'd rather they just charge more if needed, but please don't ruin a good thing.

Disappointing Experience, Palo Alto Better
My experience was disappointing due to the restaurant clearly being stingy with toppings after discontinuing the dome lid. The Palo Alto location is much better.
