Disappointing Curry Experience
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing, particularly with the food. While the owner/cook was nice, the dish I ordered, which was supposed to be curry, turned out to be an absolutely tasteless fish sauce soup. I was expecting curry, but what I received was far from it. 📋

Meechai: Master Class Thai Food
I make it a point to get takeout from Meechai at least once a month. Having experienced Thai cuisine from numerous restaurants across San Diego and internationally, I can confidently say that Meechai's dishes are not only good but also unreasonably priced. Some of their offerings are truly a Master Class in Thai food! My personal favorites are the Tom Ka Gai soup and the Penang Chicken. I highly recommend ordering the soup spicy for an invigorating internal cleanse and a burst of flavor. It's hands down the absolute best around.

Rad Owner, Delicious Food, Worth Every Penny!
My experience at this spot was fantastic! The owner is truly rad, handling everything from cooking to serving with incredible dedication. The food is consistently delicious. While some mention tipping, I believe if you can't afford to tip well, you shouldn't dine out. I've been a loyal customer for years, and the food remains both delicious and affordable.
