Terrible Service, No Food Ordered
My experience at this restaurant was marked by incredibly slow and inattentive service. We waited for 10 minutes at a bar table, and during that time, neither the bartender nor the server made eye contact to offer assistance. Due to this lack of attention, we left without ordering anything. I do not recommend this establishment.

Disappointing Service Despite Beautiful View
We look forward to visiting this restaurant every year, as we fly in from out of town for Fleet Week. The location offers a beautiful view, but unfortunately, the wait staff seems either overworked and/or overwhelmed. Last year, we were turned away by the host for wanting to add two more people to our reservation. This year, we opted to sit at the bar for drinks and appetizers. On Thursday afternoon, despite the bar being fairly empty, none of the three bartenders acknowledged our presence while we waited. The same occurred on Friday, leading us to leave without service. On Saturday, we tried one last time, hoping to watch the planes from the large windows. After a twenty-minute wait, we were finally able to order a wine and vodka soda, but we were not checked on until we flagged someone down for a menu. Forty-five minutes later, with no assistance, we paid our tab and left. We are very disappointed from what used to be our favorite place to wine and dine. I doubt we will ever go back.

Wonderful Fleet Week Experience
My experience at this restaurant during Fleet Week was wonderful. The food was delicious, and the service was attentive. We were so glad we decided to stop in and really enjoyed the creative cocktails. The atmosphere was rated a 5 out of 5, and the food and service also received a 5 out of 5. We had no wait time and found parking to be somewhat difficult to find.

Disappointing Experience Despite Beautiful Ambiance
Our group had a disappointing evening at this beautiful restaurant with a lovely feel. We suspect another event might have lowered their usual standards. Upon arrival, despite having a reservation, we waited an additional 20 minutes for our table to be set. The service was lousy; we frequently had to ask for cutlery, the bill, and to pay multiple times. While one or two meals were great, the rest were nothing special. We sent one meal back as it was way overcooked and felt like we were 'annoying' the staff. When it came to paying, we were directed to the back, standing in the doorway with a view of the kitchen. We were shocked to see food all over the floor, a state we were glad to only witness after finishing our meal.

Good Service, Underseasoned Food
My experience at the restaurant was a mix of positive and negative. The food quality was good, but it was unfortunately under seasoned. The service started off okay with the first waiter, but the second waiter was great. Overall, the atmosphere was rated a 5, and the service a 4, while the food received a 3.
