Best Meat Pies in North Island!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially with their meat pies and pastries. I'd say they are probably the best I've tried in the North Island. While I didn't try the sourdough bread myself, another customer mentioned it was the best in Rotorua.

Terrible Service, Unacceptable Treatment
This place is awful. The service is terrible. Sometimes when I've bought things, the cashiers or the person taking the order have treated me very poorly, acting like they own the place. If you know the owner's or manager's number, please give it to me because today, August 21st, the person taking my order told me I couldn't order the way I wanted. I believe if I'm paying, I should be able to order as I please.

Delicious Pan Dulce and Mexican/Salvadoran Food
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic, especially with their pan dulce, which never disappoints. They offer a great variety, including niño envuelto, conchas, empanadas, and cuernitos, all of which are really good. I've been buying their pan dulce and tamales for a while, and the tamales are also excellent, with both Mexican and Salvadoran options available. I tried their chilaquiles for the first time and found them to be really good. The salsa wasn't spicy, so it's advisable to ask for a side of hot salsa. The tortilla chips were nice and crispy, not soggy. You can taste the freshness of the refried beans and the Mexican rice. Their tacos were also really good. Don't forget to grab some chicharrón to go before you leave! The atmosphere and service both received a perfect 5/5 rating. The food also scored a 5/5. The price per person is estimated at $10–20, and they have vegetarian options, making it highly recommended for vegetarians. There was no wait time.

Good Pupusas, Lacking Sides
My experience at the restaurant involved trying their pupusas, which were good, but I found the curtido and salsa portions to be not very generous. The regular burrito was also good, and I appreciated that they griddle the tortillas, making them a bit toasty. The tamales were just okay; they had a lot of dense masa, and the pork and chicken fillings were somewhat dry and lacked flavor. The tamales really needed more salsa, but we had to ask for it, and they only provided one serving.
