Loud Staff Disrupts Dining Experience
My experience at this restaurant was negatively impacted by the loudness of the staff. The lady working the counter with glasses spoke excessively loudly, and she and her coworkers used non-stop slang. This informal manner of speaking, using terms like "Dog, homie, my boy, boss man, dude, bro, bruh, yezir, Boss, papi, papa, " was disrespectful to customers trying to enjoy their dinner. It made the atmosphere feel less like a step up from fast-food chains and more like a place where diners can't relax and enjoy their meals. I suggest the staff be reminded that using such informal language is disrespectful to paying customers.

Disappointing Experience with Incorrect Order
I was VERY DISAPPOINTED with my experience. The sandwiches I ordered were just okay. To make matters worse, the bacon I paid extra for was not even included on the sandwich it was supposed to be added to. When you spend over $45 for three sandwiches, you expect something really yummy and correct. I will definitely rethink going back to Jersey Mikes.

Poor Service, Okay Food
I stopped by to get a #7 sub. The experience was questionable from the start. The guy began slicing the sub, and his coworker came in from cleaning, leaving me unsure if her hands were washed. Still questionable, I then asked for additional salt, something simple. The girl preparing the sub gave me a vibe of not caring about customer service. When I went to pay, she asked what kind of sub I ordered, even though she had just made it. She displayed a poor attitude and provided bad customer service. I'm not sure I'll be back there.

Great Salad Bowls, Wish for Coke Products
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially with their salad bowls. They are so pleasing when you don't want bread. There are lots of subs and salads to choose from, and they even have a kids menu. My only wish is that they would get Coke products instead of Pepsi, or at least offer Mountain Dew Zero.

Horrible Experience, Never Returning
My experience at this restaurant was horrible. The employees refused to provide me with a receipt. Subsequently, they called security and the San Diego Police Department (SDPD). I will never visit this location again. Thank you, J. C.
