My experience at this restaurant was exceptional. The food was outstanding, and the service provided by Greyson was the best I've ever encountered at Jersey Mike's. I've dined at sandwich shops all over the US, and this is by far my favorite.

Messed Up Orders and Mediocre Sandwiches
My recent experiences at this restaurant have been disappointing due to repeated order errors. On my latest visit, all three sandwiches we ordered were incorrect. One was missing several ingredients, including lettuce, onions, oil, and vinegar.
Another sandwich was a mess with unwanted bacon, and the third, while containing the correct ingredients, was also a mess. I'm unsure what's been happening lately, but this is unacceptable. Paying $30 for such a poor experience, especially when the sandwiches were mediocre, is not worth it.
