Good Food, Terrible Service Experience
My experience at this restaurant was a mixed bag. While the food was good, I cannot say the same for the service. One staff member was incredibly bothered and rude for no apparent reason.
When I politely asked for a coke because the lobby machine was out, he snapped at me to wait, claiming he was "doing a customer's order" – I was the customer. This left me feeling extremely embarrassed. Later, when he brought my order to the counter, I asked again for a coke, and he rolled his eyes and snatched my cup.
The atmosphere was also rated poorly.
