Excellent Decor, Friendly Staff, Amazing Duck!
My experience at this restaurant was fantastic! The decor was excellent, creating a wonderful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly, making me feel very welcome.

Delicious Duck, Terrible Service
My experience at this restaurant last December was a mixed bag. I highly rate the roast duck here; it was very fragrant, crispy, and delicious. However, the staff's attitude was truly rude.
They seemed grumpy, yelled at customers, and struggled with basic English communication, resorting to gestures and guesswork. When it came time to pay, we had to wait for change until another couple intervened and translated. Another customer mentioned that the staff had cursed at us.
The overall business practices were hard to understand, and I definitely won't be returning.

I am sad to see that the Chinatown location has closed. I read that they have opened a new location in the Tenderloin and a sit-down location in Bernal Heights. My experience at the restaurant was positive, with a Food score of 5, Service score of 5, and Atmosphere score of 5.
