Mixed Experience: Great Service, Poor Management
Although I love coming here, Ashely provides the best customer service ever with a great smile. However, the manager was very rude and did not seem to care when I asked for no pickles on my burger. She asked for a receipt, and I explained I was at work and couldn't come back. I showed her my Cash App, but she stated they only make one correction, not all. She then asked why I couldn't just take them off, questioning if I was okay, especially since I mentioned an allergy. I had asked before and still received pickles. If she doesn't care about people's health, that's a problem, and food safety should also be reported because if someone gets sick, she needs to make a report. She didn't care about that at all; her only response was to take them off. Wow, she needs to be restrained. And she's a manager, wow.

Overpriced Meal, Good Staff
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the high cost relative to the food quality. I felt I paid $40 for what was essentially a $15 meal. However, the staff was good, providing a positive aspect to an otherwise unsatisfactory dining experience.

Disappointing Breakfast Experience
My experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. For $42. 00, I received a breakfast sandwich that was smaller than a Big Mac, with a single patty. The sandwich itself was dry and hard, and the onion rings were overcooked and crunchy. Adding to the unpleasantness, loud, foul language music was playing, making it difficult to hear. The atmosphere and service were rated very low, a 1 out of 5.

Overpriced Fast Food Quality
My experience at this restaurant was disappointing due to the overpriced nature of the food. I ended up paying a surprise $30 for what was essentially a fast-food cheese burger and onion rings. I regret falling victim to their upselling, as simple add-ons like cheese and bacon cost around $4 each. I believe you can get about the same quality at fast-food places like Burger King or McDonald's for significantly less money. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Generic Food, Overpriced and Disappointing
My experience involved ordering 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 2 sodas, which cost $50. The food quality was only a single level above McDonald's, and the restaurant itself felt incredibly generic. Reading the menu was difficult, and the soda was an off-brand. I was full of regrets and sadly wasted a meal here. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.
