Fast Service, Okay Food
My experience at the restaurant involved fast service and ok food. I would have loved for the food to be warmer. While I've had better, I'd say I've had better burritos in town 😊.

Shockingly Rude and Disrespectful Service
I placed an online order for two burritos through Gordo’s app and went to the store to pick it up. Upon arrival, I joined the queue and noticed three parties ahead of me and two behind. When I informed the cashier about my online order, placed about 15 minutes prior, she stated it wasn’t ready. I waited patiently. To my surprise, a customer who was behind me in line received their order. When I inquired again about my order, the cashier dismissively replied, “We’re busy. ” Subsequently, two more customers who were also behind me were served their food. I asked a third time about my order and received the same indifferent response: “We’re busy. ” I pointed out that if I had ordered in person, I would have already been served. At this point, the employee preparing the burritos gave me a hostile glare and said, “Take it easy, man. ” I reiterated that I was not being aggressive, merely asking for the food I had already paid for. The staff then began speaking in Spanish and laughing at me, which felt deliberately mocking and unprofessional. The burrito maker then hastily and carelessly prepared the two burritos, shoving them towards me with a condescending and aggressive tone, saying, “Here, take it. ” I refused to accept the food. The staff's behavior, particularly the burrito maker's, was shockingly rude and blatantly disrespectful. No customer should be treated with such disregard, especially when they have only asked for the order they have already paid for.

Quick, Delicious Flavors at Gordo
My experience at Gordo was great! Even though there's always a line out the door, the quick serve made it worth the wait. The flavors were absolutely delicious. I especially enjoyed the option to add more pico de gallo. The food was rated a 5 out of 5, and the service also received a 5 out of 5.

Solid Burrito and Taco Go-To
This place has been my longstanding go-to for burritos and tacos. It's a solid choice for a quick bite. While it's mostly takeout, there is a bench outside for those who want to eat al fresco. The food is rated a 4, and the service is also a 4. The atmosphere is rated a 4 as well. For vegetarians, it's a somewhat recommend with clearly labeled vegetarian dishes. Parking is paid street parking and can be difficult to find. The wait time was no wait, and it's suitable for all group sizes. The price per person is between $10–20.
