Missing Desserts and Poor Service
I placed a take-out order online and upon arriving home, approximately 30 minutes away in traffic, I discovered that both desserts I ordered were missing. These desserts were $6 each plus tax. I immediately called the restaurant and was initially told I had only ordered one dessert, with the worker unfamiliar with Mahalabiyeh as a dessert item. After clarification, we agreed I was missing two items. The first offer was for me to return and pick them up, which was not feasible due to the 1-hour round trip. Subsequently, I was informed that refunds were not offered, only store credit. Given these issues, I will never order here again, as there are simply too many other options available in San Diego.

Excellent Food, Service Needs Improvement
My experience at this restaurant was largely positive, especially concerning the food. The food was excellent, and the cook was very good. I also had a very nice interaction with the lady at reception. However, the boss could benefit from being more approachable. While he seemed nice to job candidates, he didn't offer a smile or even a greeting to customers, which detracted from the overall experience.

Good vibes, pricey cheese manoushe
My experience at this restaurant was mixed. While the atmosphere was great, with good vibes and a quiet setting that made conversation easy, the price of the cheese manoushe was quite high. I felt that $16 for a cheese manoushe was insane, even though it was good, it wasn't worth that much. The food quality was rated a 4, and the atmosphere a 5, but the value for money was questionable.

Generous Shawarma Plate for Two
My experience at the restaurant was great! We received a recommendation from the staff, and the shawarma plate was more than enough food for the two of us. The food was excellent, and the service was attentive. The atmosphere was also very enjoyable.
