Verdict: Our expert take on Dizzy's

Food (5 out of 10)

mentioned by 29% of the guests

When it comes to food, theres a small silver lining: a concession stand offering snacks. This is the sole positive point, highlighted in just 1 opinion. While the overall score for food hovers at an average 5, its clear that expectations should be managed.

However, the general sentiment is quite different, with 4 negative opinions pointing out significant drawbacks. Many note that the venue unfortunately does not serve food or drink and specifically, no alcohol is served. If youre looking to "wine and dine, " this isnt the place, as it's primarily a music venue.

Customer satisfaction for food is quite low at a poor 8.3%, reflecting these limitations.

Service (5.9 out of 10)

mentioned by 20% of the guests

When it comes to service, theres definitely some good stuff happening! Guests really appreciate the support for talented young musicians like The Benedettis, praising their fabulous talent. Out of 8 customer comments, 4 highlighted these positive aspects, contributing to a 5.9 score and a 50% customer satisfaction rate, which puts things in a mixed but not bad spot.

However, not everything is smooth sailing. A common point of contention revolves around the seating, specifically the folding chair situation. Several guests mentioned having to set up and put away their own chairs, and some even found themselves without a seat, which is certainly a bummer.

These 4 critical remarks out of 8 total indicate theres room for improvement in the overall guest experience.

Great Jazz Venue, Bring a Pillow
My experience at this venue was wonderful for listening to local jazz. My only recommendation is to consider bringing a small pillow for your chair.

Good Service, No Food
My experience at this restaurant was marked by excellent SERVICE, with the sound system being adjusted based on my recommendation. However, there was no food available. The ATMOSPHERE was just okay, a basic performance recital space.

Talented Musicians, Uncomfortable Chairs
My experience at this venue was a mixed bag. The place itself is not large and lacks decoration, reminding me of a school auditorium. However, the talent performing was wonderful. They seem to host local musicians, providing them a platform to showcase their skills. The group I saw were incredibly talented. The audience is small, which means there are no bad seats. The only significant issue was the chairs; they were very uncomfortable after just 10 minutes.

Great music, no food or drinks
My experience at this venue was centered around its good music. It's a small place with no food or drinks, but it's our go-to spot for a jazz night on the weekends. We've always enjoyed a good night's jazz music, allowing us to put our phones away and simply chill and enjoy the atmosphere.

Great acoustics, uncomfortable seats
My experience at this venue was for a concert, and I found the acoustics to be very good. However, the chairs were not the best. They have very thin cushioning, leaving you to sit on metal. I would recommend bringing your own folding chair for comfort.
