Service (8.4 out of 10)

mentioned by 79% of the guests

When it comes to service, this spot truly shines! With a fantastic score of 8.4 and customer satisfaction at a high 84.3%, its clear guests are loving the experience. Out of 51 total comments, a whopping 43 rave about the friendly employees, quick service, and the wonderful family-owned atmosphere, often highlighting the great people and owners who make every visit special.

However, its not entirely without a hitch. A couple of comments, just 2 out of 51, point to some minor frustrations regarding operating hours and inconsistent opening times. While the service itself is overwhelmingly praised, a little more predictability with when they're open would certainly iron out these small wrinkles.

Massive Sandwiches, Characterful Service
My experience at this restaurant was defined by its massive sandwiches, which were also very reasonably priced. The staff running the place are quite the characters, adding a unique charm to the atmosphere. However, it's worth noting that the open hours are a bit flexible, with potential early closures around 1 pm. Additionally, it's a cash-only establishment with no ATM on site, which is an important detail for planning your visit.

Usually Good, But Found a Hair
I've been coming here for years and the sandwiches are usually good. However, on my recent visit, I found a hair in my sandwich, which was a very unpleasant experience.

Constanso's: A 20-Year Favorite
Every time I go to Constanso's, it's a good experience. The only problem is when they're closed. I've been going there for at least 20 years, back when the owners were making your sandwich. Now the sons have taken over, and they still make good sandwiches with a bit of humor!

My experience at this restaurant has been consistently positive for over 30 years. It's a funky old place with fantastic sandwiches. I always make it a point to visit here for lunch whenever I'm in the vicinity. The atmosphere is a perfect 5, and the food is equally impressive with a score of 5. A Deliciously Chaotic Sandwich Haven
I used to work at the nearby water treatment plant, and every couple of weeks, I'd walk over to this "sandwich heaven. " It was often entertaining to watch the brothers arguing amongst themselves or with their mother while their father prepared the meat-heavy sandwiches. Occasionally, my lunch hour was cut short by a customer ordering a dozen sandwiches on the spot. Despite the "ramshackle operation, " I loved this place and even got to practice my Italian with the Dad. A heads-up: if you don't like mustard or onions, be sure to spell that out quickly.
