Horrible Experience, Never Again
My first time here was a terrible experience, and I was even strong-armed into taking down a Google review. The staff member asked, "How would you like me to leave a 1* review where you work? " and repeatedly used a derogatory term for someone who isn't a "real Hawaiian. " This level of disrespect and attitude is unacceptable, especially from management. Instead of apologizing or asking how things could be improved, I was met with hostility. I will never eat here again. The food quality is also poor; they can't even make a proper melt or grilled onions. The service is horrible. I sat at the bar for over 20 minutes before a bartender finally acknowledged me. On one occasion, the restaurant even ran out of toilet paper in the entire establishment, leaving me to "figure it out. " This is a place I will not return to.
