Delicious Braised Beef Noodles, Mixed Feelings on Sides
My experience at this restaurant was primarily positive, especially concerning their fresh noodles. I particularly enjoyed the flat thick noodles, finding them to be the best. The braised beef noodle soup was a standout dish, truly delicious and highly recommended. The beef was incredibly tender and paired perfectly with the chewy flat thick noodles. They provided scissors to cut the noodles, though I wished they were larger. The cold sesame noodle was just okay; the sauce became quite thick, leading to a clumpy texture. The tea egg was a bit disappointing. However, the appetizer with thin crepes was quite good.
