Despite this, she acknowledged remembering the situation.
While I come here for the good food, the service is horrible. The only positive interaction was with Carlos, who showed kindness and understanding. I appreciate him.

Awful Food, Avoid This Place
My experience was pretty bad. I'm pretty sure they served up dog food with cheese on it and put it on a bun. I'd advise you to do yourself a favor and avoid every place serving food in this food court; it is trash.
I ended up throwing 3/4 of the sandwich away. It was awful. Never again will I come here and eat this trash.
